Whatever progress has occurred in the support for diverse, including LGBT, workers, employers’ recognition of the value of such diversity and the broadened scope of employment protections in many states, there’s so much more to do — opposing executive action and legislation to permit discrimination in the guise of religious accommodation and pushing for employment protections in the too many places where they are absent.
